"Okay products, slow checkout"
I found what I needed and the products were fine, nothing amazing but not bad either. Checkout was kind of slow for me, which was annoying. I’m always a little skeptical when sites use a bunch of polished “seamless shopping experience” type wording, because this didn’t really feel seamless.

"Super easy order and fast shipping"
I ordered from CeraVe it was a really smooth experience. The shipping was, well, it was faster than I expected. I got the email updates along the way, and my package actually showed up a couple days early. Everything was packed nicely too, so no complaints at all. Easy order from start to finish.

"Actually helped my dry skin"
My skin had been feeling so tight lately. Like every single day. I started using this it helped a lot. It sinks in really nicely, not greasy or heavy. My face just feels softer for longer than I thought it would. Happy with it.

My skin didn’t react to this at all, which makes me really happy. I can’t say it feels like some amazing miracle product, but at the same time, I’m glad I tried it because no irritation is a big win for me.

"Consistent every time"
I’ve ordered cerave from this site a few times now, it’s been really consistent. Same texture, same feel, no random weird changes from one order to the next. I like that because my skin pretty much knows what it’s getting. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

I’ve been using the cerave acne control stuff for a few weeks or so, and my skin seems a lot less angry than before. My breakouts are kind of smaller and not nearly as red, which is a big plus. It didn’t dry me out too much either, maybe just a little here and there. Overall, I’m happy with it honestly

I’ve been using the CeraVe moisturizing cream for a few weeks now, and shockingly, it actually helped my dry patches. My face doesn’t feel like it’s being shrink-wrapped after I wash it anymore, and there’s no weird burning or irritation, which is apparently a lot to ask from some moisturizers. It’s not fancy or cute on the shelf, but it works, so I guess I’ll keep buying it.

"Pretty Happy With This Sunscreen"
I used the CeraVe sunscreen on a really hot day, it held up good, good. I didn’t get burned, it didn’t feel super greasy, and my skin didn’t get irritated at all. Just a nice, easy sunscreen that did what I needed it to do...

I had to return one item, the refund came back faster than I expected. No hassle or back and forth, which was nice. Makes me wonder why returns can’t always be this smooth, but overall I’m happy with how it went

"Easy to find my usual products"
I like ordering from cerave.com because the products I use are usually in stock. I found my cleanser and moisturizer without having to check around at 5 different stores. Shipping took about the normal amount of time too, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Good, but the texture bugs me"
I do like CeraVe overall, but the texture just isn’t my favorite. It feels thick going on, like really thick, and it kind of takes forever to sink in. My skin does feel soft afterward, so I’ll give it that, but during the day it just sits on my face more than I want. I keep noticing the heaviness, and I don’t love feeling like there’s something sitting there. It’s not a bad product at all, but the thick texture and slow absorbing thing makes it not quite perfect for me

I ordered from cerave.com the whole delivery thing was smooth. I got the tracking info quickly and then—anyway, the package actually showed up on the exact day it said it would. Everything inside was packed well too, no leaks or smashed boxes or anything annoying like that. I really appreciate when I don’t have to keep checking or chasing down an order, so yeah, this was a solid experience for me.

"simple moisturizer that actually works"
Ordered the daily moisturizer from cerave and I’m really happy with it. it sinks in fast and doesn’t leave my face looking shiny or feeling sticky, which is a big plus. I put it on before work and sunscreen goes over it fine without that greasy feeling. Just a Simple product that does what I needed. 5 stars from me.

"Gentle on my sensitive skin"
I have sensitive skin, and this didn’t burn or sting at all, which was a relief. My skin actually felt calm after using it. I do wish it didn’t take so much effort to work into my routine, though, because I’m not trying to add extra steps every night.

"Still good, but I miss the old feel"
I’ve been using CeraVe for what feels like forever, so I noticed quickly that the new formula feels a little different, maybe lighter than before. It still helps my dry skin well enough, but it doesn’t feel quite as soothing or calming as the old one did. Not a total disaster by any means, but I do kind of miss the previous version.

"Good value overall"
I’ve ordered from cerave.com a few times now the prices are fair for the size you get. The moisturizer lasts me forever and does what it’s supposed to do, so no complaints there lol. Shipping was okay, not exactly super fast, but it got here fine. Overall it’s a good value, I just wish they had more deals tbh

"Surprisingly Gentle"
After so many products have left my face stinging or dried out, I was basically expecting an apology from skincare in general. But this one didn’t sting at all and didn’t dry my face out, which was a nice surprise.

"A Little Eczema Miracle"
This worked well for my eczema. My skin was having a full-blown meltdown, and this helped calm things down way more than I expected. Definitely a relief when my skin felt like it was declaring war on me.
